The sole exception is the Emergency Med-Kit, which will also increase the Self-Healing speed.

It should be noted that Med-Kits cannot be used to heal one's self from the Dying State, as it prevents the use of any Items.

Camping Aid Kit

A rudimentary First Aid Kit which can save lives in emergencies, even if it's lacking some of its supplies.

Unlocks the Self-Heal action.

Increased the Altruistic Healing speed of +25 %.

The Camping Aid Kit has a Capacity of 16 Charges.

Not all Toolboxes are suited for both aforementioned uses, as some are specialised for just one of them and perform poorly when executing the other.

Even without training, can be used to repair or break various mechanical components.

Reduced Good Skill Check Success zone of -10 %.

The Worn-Out Toolbox has a Capacity of 16 Charges.

Unlocks the Sabotage action.

The Engineer's Toolbox has a Capacity of 16 Charges.

A metal box containing mainly saws and vice grips of varying sizes but also other tools.

Even though the content of this Toolbox is clearly aimed at destructive deeds, it can be used to repair various mechanical components as well.

Increased Hook Sabotage speed of +50 %.

Maps

quote sign resembling Entity's claws Maps are used to track and reveal the Auras of various Interactables located throughout the Trial Grounds, though which ones specifically depends on a Map's inherent ability and equipped Add-ons.

Tracking objects is a passive ability of the Map and merely requires to come within a certain distance (by default 8 metres) of a track-able environmental object for it to be added to the Map.

Types of Maps:

Map

An old piece of parchment made out of a skin-like material that is rolled and sealed with an uncoloured leather string.

Holding and channelling the Map unlocks great potential in your Aura-reading abilities, revealing the Aura of all tracked objects at the cost of slowly burning it.

Start the Trial with 1 Generator tracked.

The Map tracks any of the following objects:

Generators within 8 meters.

Generators, Chests and Totems revealed by Detective's Hunch.

The Map lasts for 20 seconds.

Rainbow Map

An piece of parchment made out of oddly fresh skin with blood on its edge that has yet to dry, and that is rolled and sealed with multiple coloured ropes and cords.

Holding and channelling the Rainbow Map unlocks great potential in your Aura-reading abilities, revealing the Aura of all tracked objects at the cost of slowly burning it.

Start the Trial with 3 random objects tracked.

The Rainbow Map tracks any of the following objects:

Exit Gate Switches, Generators, and the Hatch when you come within 8 metres.

Various Killer Belongings when you come within 8 metres.

Generators, Chests, and Totems revealed by Detective's Hunch.

The Rainbow Map lasts for 20 seconds.

Currencies

Types of Currencies:

Bloodpoints

Bloodpoints are the general progression Currency for a Player's Characters.

They are used to upgrade the Characters by purchasing Unlockables from the Bloodweb, with each completed Bloodweb also increasing the Character's Level until Level 50.

Bloodpoints are added to a Player's profile and can be used to progress any Character's Bloodweb.

Iridescent Shards

Iridescent Shards are one of the Player Progression Currencies and can be used to unlock Unique Perks in the Shrine of Secrets, as well as higher Tiers of those Perks, and various Cosmetic pieces in the in-game Store.

The former use case is an alternative to raising a Character's Prestige Level.

Auric Cells

Auric Cells are a Player's Store currency.

They are used to purchase Characters and Customisation Items in the in-game Store.

Auric Cells can generally only be acquired by purchasing them through the in-game Store.

The Premium Track of The Rift only refunds the 1,000 Auric Cells one had to spend to purchase it, given one reaches Level 70.
